1.1 We primarily use USPS Ground for most of our shipments to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.
1.2 Alternative shipping carriers may be used at our discretion, depending on the destination, size, or weight of the package.
2. Shipping Times
2.1 Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
2.2 Delivery times vary depending on your location. For USPS Ground shipments, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the shipping date.
2.3 Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier disruptions).
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
3.2 Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your shipment directly on the USPS website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
4.2 If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at precisionlayerart@gmail.com for assistance.
5. Shipping Restrictions
5.1 We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request; additional fees and processing times may apply.
5.2 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations where USPS Ground cannot deliver.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
6.1 Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at precisionlayerart@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or process a claim.
6.2 Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include replacing the item or issuing a refund.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
7.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
7.2 If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
