Precision Layer Art Return Policy
At Precision Layer Art, we take pride in delivering custom-made, high-quality 3D-printed products that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. To ensure a smooth process, please review our detailed return policy outlined below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 10 calendar days from the date the product is delivered to the customer as indicated by the carrier's tracking information.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
- Custom products or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a clear defect in workmanship or materials.
Initiating a Return
- Customers wishing to return an item must contact us at precisionlayerart@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- In your return request, please provide:
- Your name and order number.
- A description of the reason for the return.
- Photographic evidence if the return is due to a defect or damage.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent or a manufacturing defect).
- Returns must be shipped to the address provided in the RMA confirmation using a trackable shipping method. Precision Layer Art is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only, minus any applicable shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
- If the returned item is found to be damaged or used, Precision Layer Art reserves the right to deny the refund or charge a restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items, unless defective, are non-refundable.
- Any product returned outside of the 10-day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, at our discretion.

- Precision Layer Art reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.
- This return policy is governed by the laws of the state in which Precision Layer Art is headquartered. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
